The Dior 5 Colors Couture eye palette has been re-invented with sunny and captivating shades, each adorned with a motif dear to the Mediterranean art de vivre: bayadère stripes.
I personally purchased Dior Riviera eyeshadow palette, the one more intense and perfect to create a bronze copper smoke eye look.
Dior Fall 2021 Makeup is named Birds of a feather and actually available in Italy at Dior official website.

The makeuplook is achieved using Early Bird palette, based on red tones.For the lips a rosewood shade and for nails an iridescent aubergine with golden reflections (so particular!)
Dior Makeup Golden Day Palette is the new release for Summer 2021. This new quints includes beautiful warm golden, sparkling champagne, coffee brown, cool light pink and a matt deep black shade.

I am always a great fan of these eyeshadows and I have found this symphony so peculiar. The texture is amazing and it combines different effect, micro glitters, satin and matte. You can achieve a soft warm look or give a twist and go for a deeper makeup look with the contrast of the black mat shade.
I decided to pair it with Lisa Eldridge Gloss Embrace in Affair kindly gifted from Lisa 🎁😍 It has a Caramel/toffee tone that naturally emphasizes the warmth of this makeup look.

Here is some pics from latest Haute Couture Fall Winter 21/22 I used for my collage inspired to these shades.
This palette really reminds of colors and shadow you can catch during Golden hour moment.
Gold is a warm red gold and black is not so deep but it really blends into a black smokey shade as you can see.
Dune is a quints with sophisticated golden and bronze tones. Perfect to enhance a natural look. Mirage is a luminous combination of copper and golden shades. A little bit deeper and very suitable for those who tans a lot during summer.
Dune Palette
I decided to purchase Dune Palette because I am actually very fair and I think these tones could work with pale skin but they will be gorgeous with a summer tan.
With this palette you can easily switch from a more yellow golden look to a more warm bronze makeup. It is beautiful to pair with a luminous nude gloss or also with a bold lipstick.
The texture of these eyeshadows is very subtle, creamy and well blendable. You can layer every shade achieving very sophisticated tones.
They have microglitters so they are a little bit sparkling especially with artificial lights. That makes me think it would be amazing wearing this palette on a summer night during sea vacation 🙂 ! Actually it sounds like a true mirage! You know!

I decided to purchase Golden Meadow so you can find a review of this product on my Youtube channel. I paired it with Lisa Eldridge Velvet Dragon (just blurred) and I really loved how these warm tones worked together.

As you can see this palette has two satin shades, rose gold and warm gold (such a red gold in my opinion).
Other two mat shades: a salmon orange pink very vibrant and a muted terracotta.
In conclusion, I would say this palette is very unique, high quality texture and so extremely easy to blend.

In addition, New Rouge Allure laques have been launched in this collection, a new stunning formula ultra resistant and hydrating. I personally tried n.80 Timeless and I was really impressed by the quality of these pigments and how long lasting they are.

Certainly Le Volume mascara in Metal Terracotta is really a plus to achieve a magnetic and sophisticated makeup look.
Pensée, Anthurium, Metallic Bloom are the new colors for Le Vernis. Delicate pink, a classic red and a metallic one are the shades for nails that really match the tones of this Spring symphony.

Dior Spring makeup 2021 is now available on Dior official italian website. There are three different limited edition palettes:

I decided to get both Pink Sakura and Wild Brown ( I am waiting for this one).
Pink Sakura has two beautiful satin light pink and white lavander shades, a taupe dusty rose (satin), a mat deep burgundy and a glam cherry (satin) shade. It really reminds me of an old and beloved palette, Stylish Move. It was a very great match of pink, mauve, dusty rose tones.
I’ve always been in love with these hues, in makeup they restore everyone’s look, giving a fresh allure. As for cherry blossoms, the perfect shades to go with is a touch of a deep berry red shade or a delicate white pink, to create a soft gradient. If you love these tones here is the latest Pink Sakura for a soft spring makeup look.

I used Lisa Eldridge Velvet Myth lipstick to complete the look, but I tried also Dior Lip glow in holo pink to get a more subtile spring look.
Dior Eyeshadow Palettes are must-haves for every makeup lover.
I started buying 5 colors palette since late 90s, Incognito, Beige Massai and so on… Do you remember these ones? They were so iconic! I was completely in love with Dior makeup campaigns on magazines, so glam and sofisticated.
Althought I was not a real collector, I bought many eyeshadow palettes but I threw away some very old pieces, unfortunately.
In this video I’m going to show you what I took and kept from recent collections. During last years Peter Philips introduced also new textures; I mean, for example, Moonlight palette released in 2018. It was very different from other creations since it was sparkling with a subtile metallic sheen. Easy to use, perfect blendable it allows you to create a new kind of smokey effect.
A special mention for “Happy 2020” palette, a true masterpiece of colors with holographic effects, inspired to fireworks. Even if 2020 was not so kind as it was supposed to me, these eyeshadows are so fun and pretty. You can really mix together and obtain new suggestive look.
